Ordering Timeframes

CAKES MUST BE ORDERED WELL IN ADVANCE

Orders for Drip cakes must be made 10 days before intended delivery/ pick-up date.

All other orders must be placed 4 days before intended delivery/ pick-up date.

Shipping/ Pick-up/ Delivery

Pick-up from our trailer in Maungaraki is free by arrangement at checkout.

Delivery fees are as follows:

Lower Hutt area = $10.00

Upper Hutt area = $15.00

Wellington City area = $15.00

Porirua area = $20.00

Shipping Fees are as follows:

Lower North Island = $15

Upper North Island = $20

South Island = $20

Other areas/AfterPay users wanting to local pick-up = PLEASE INQUIRE WITH US BEFORE ORDERING FOR SHIPPING RATE.

Allergens

Our kitchen uses gluten, diary and nuts. Please inquire with us before ordering if you have any intolerances.

Payment Options

We offer payment through our website. This includes the use of Afterpay.

Afterpay is not available for those picking up their orders. If you want to use afterpay and pick-up, please select other on the shipping options and write in the comment box at checkout that you want to pick-up.

Additional payment may be required for extras that you have requested. If this is the case, then payment will be a direct deposit into our business account. This will be sent to you in your confirmation email.

Returns/Refunds

PLEASE BE AWARE. We do not offer Returns or Exchanges.

If you receive your order and it is wrong or faulty, please contact us directly and we will do our best to remedy this as soon as possible.
